Do you love connecting with people and have a natural spark on camera? At Good Hearts Club, we’re looking for confident, creative individuals to join our growing team of TikTok Live Presenters - bringing our fashion brand and positive community spirit to life.

The Application Process

Step 1 - Your Introduction

Create a short video introducing yourself and explaining why you’d make a great TikTok Live Presenter.

Step 2 – Product Brief & Meet Us in Person

If your video catches our eye, you’ll receive a short overview of three of our products and a brief introduction to Good Hearts Club.You’ll then be invited to ourLincoln studio for an informal in-person meeting (around one hour).You’ll get to handle our products and take part in a relaxed“screen test”— no pressure, we just want to see your personality shine through.

Step 3 – The Training Academy

Successful candidates will join our Good Hearts Club Presenter Academy, where you’ll receive two hours of hands-on training covering:

· Product knowledge

· Live presenting techniques

· Brand values and community culture

You’ll then join two real TikTok Lives, each lasting around 30 minutes.

Step 4 – Go Live!

Pass all stages, and you’ll officially join our TikTok Live Presenter Team, broadcasting from our Lincoln studio.You’ll start on £15 per hour as a live presenter and off-camera host. As your confidence and skill grow, your rate will gradually increase to £25 per hour, plus the possibility of unlimited commission on sales made during your livestreams.
